What is one of the eligibility criteria for renewing your driver's license online?

Answer: B — You must have a valid driver's license

Renewing your driver's license online requires that you possess a valid driver's license as one of the primary eligibility criteria. This means that your current driver's license should not be expired, suspended, or revoked at the time of renewal. If your license is not valid, completing the renewal process online is not permitted because the online system cannot verify your eligibility or your driving record adequately without a valid license. Regarding the context of the other options, being a resident of Illinois, having no traffic violations, or being over 21 years old may have their importance in certain situations, but they are not direct qualifications for online renewal. A valid driver's license is essential because it confirms your identity and proves you have met all previous requirements to hold a driving permit, thus making B the correct answer.
