What does a round yellow railroad advance warning sign tell a school bus driver to do?

1. Slow down, look and listen, and be prepared to stop if a train is coming
2. Speed up to clear the tracks before traffic arrives
3. Stop only if passengers ask questions
4. Ignore the crossing if no gate is visible
