If federal inspectors judge your vehicle to be unsafe, they can:

1. Bring you to a garage to have your vehicle fixed.
2. Formerly request that you have your vehicle's problems fixed.
3. Call a mechanic.
4. Pull the vehicle out-of-service until it is fixed.
