On a carriageway with at least two lanes in your direction you have just overtaken one vehicle and intend to overtake another immediately. What does Article 146 allow?

1. You must return to the right-hand lane after every single overtake before starting the next one
2. You may stay in the overtaking lane for the second overtake, provided you do not obstruct faster vehicles coming up behind
3. Consecutive overtakes are forbidden; you must wait at least one kilometre between them
