A driver finishes an activity trip and is late for the next assignment. Which post-trip step still cannot be skipped?

1. Walking through the bus to check for sleeping students and left items
2. Changing the official stop location for the next route
3. Leaving windows open so the next driver can inspect faster
4. Turning off all warning systems without reporting defects
