The Fifth Schedule also names streets in Port Louis and Curepipe. What restriction does it place on learner drivers there?

1. They are closed to learners permanently, in every hour of every day
2. They require instructor supervision, and several are also barred to learners during weekday morning and afternoon peak periods, except on public holidays
3. They may be used freely by learners provided L plates are displayed
4. They are reserved for learners, and full-licence holders must avoid them
