When passing another vehicle:

Answer: A — You must not exceed the speed limit

When passing another vehicle, it is important to follow traffic laws and regulations, including not exceeding the speed limit. This is why the correct answer is A. Exceeding the speed limit while passing another vehicle can be dangerous and illegal. It is essential to ensure that you are traveling at a safe speed when passing to maintain control of your motorcycle and ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road. The other options are incorrect because racing the other vehicle (option B) is unsafe and can lead to accidents, riding in their blind spot (option C) can make you invisible to the other driver and increase the risk of a collision, and tailgating briefly for visibility (option D) is dangerous and can startle the driver in front of you.
