Per NMDOT 2019 702.5.1, moving construction traffic-control devices from one location to another, plus maintenance and repair or replacement of damaged devices, is:

1. Paid as Extra Work under Section 109.5 on every move
2. Paid as a separate Each each time a drum is shifted
3. Paid only if the Contractor owns the devices
4. Included in the device pay items and not measured separately
