What is the golden safety principle when operating a commercial passenger coach on mountainous roads with blind curves (山路盲弯)?

1. Accelerate around the curve to maintain momentum
2. Cut across into the oncoming lane to straighten the curve
3. 'Slow down, honk horn, keep to the right' (减速、鸣喇叭、靠右行), and strictly refrain from overtaking on blind curves
4. Coast in neutral while pumping the brakes continuously
