What are the rules regarding the 2 hours of daily off-duty time that are NOT part of the mandatory 8 consecutive hours off-duty?

1. They must be taken in one solid 2-hour block at the end of the day
2. They can be taken in increments of no less than 30 minutes throughout the day, and do not count toward the 13-hour driving limit
3. They must be spent inside a running vehicle
4. They are optional and do not need to be recorded in the logbook
