For which class of license is an $11 additional fee applicable upon renewal?

Answer: D — All of the above

The option indicating that an $11 additional fee is applicable upon renewal for all classes of licenses—Class A, Class B, and Class C—is correct because, according to Texas regulations, this fee applies uniformly to the renewal of these license classes. This fee supports various administrative costs associated with processing the renewal applications, and it is a standardized charge that does not vary based on the specific class of license held. As such, regardless of whether a driver holds a Class A, Class B, or Class C license, they will encounter this same additional fee during the renewal process.
