What must happen with Driver CPC part 1a and part 1b to get the theory test certificate?

1. Only part 1b must be passed, because hazard perception is the final theory result
2. Both parts must be passed within 2 years of each other
3. Part 1a and part 1b must always be taken in the same test appointment
4. Part 1a must be passed after the practical on-road test
