If asked to deviate from the dispatched run sheet (e.g., to make an unscheduled stop), the MVO should:

1. Agree to any request from any USPS employee
2. Decline politely and contact the supervisor for authorization — only the dispatcher/supervisor may modify the run
3. Add the stop without notifying anyone
4. Drive back to the origin to ask
