An H/H contractor may install, maintain, or dismantle power systems for generation and primary and secondary distribution of electric current only:

1. Anywhere on the customer's side of the meter
2. Ahead of the customer's meter
3. Inside dwellings as a substitute for an electrical contractor
4. On alternative-energy systems measured from the customer's meter
