Why is learning sign shapes important in Vermont winter driving?

1. Snow, dirt, or darkness can obscure wording, but the shape may still identify the sign
2. Shapes replace all traffic laws during winter
3. Only shape matters; color and wording never matter
4. Vermont uses different shapes from the rest of the country
