If a Washington applicant passes both Passenger and School Bus knowledge tests, what can happen during skills testing in a school bus?

1. The applicant may take a school bus skills test and receive both Passenger and School Bus endorsements if otherwise qualified
2. The applicant receives only School Bus authority and loses Passenger authority
3. The applicant may skip the skills test entirely
4. The applicant must use a tractor-trailer instead of a bus
