When a two-way roadway has a shared center lane, you can:

1. Use it to pass.
2. Use the lane as a regular driving lane during rush hour.
3. Drive in the lane as far as necessary, as long as you’re turning left.
4. Drive in the lane for no more than 300 feet before turning left.
