1. At least 36 hours before the assistance is needed, presenting themselves at the designated terminal point at least 30 minutes before departure (unless agreed otherwise)
2. At least 6 months in advance in written notarized form
3. At least 24 hours in advance, presenting themselves 15 minutes before departure
4. No notification is ever required under any circumstances
