When pulling forward out of a 90-degree perpendicular parking bay, when should you begin turning the steering wheel?

1. Turn the steering wheel full lock before the vehicle begins rolling forward
2. Drive forward straight until the vehicle's mirrors/shoulders pass the front of adjacent parked vehicles before turning
3. Turn immediately on moving off regardless of adjacent vehicle positions
4. Reverse 2 metres before turning full lock in forward gear
