What is responsible use of a C vehicle's speed limiter (speed governor)?

1. Disconnect it on empty return trips to save time
2. Set it higher than the fitted calibration so you can keep up on motorways
3. Leave it correctly in service, do not tamper with it, and still obey lower limits and conditions
4. Use it as a cruise control to sit on the bumper of the vehicle ahead
