Why must you NEVER remove the radiator or expansion tank cap when the engine is hot?

1. It will cause the engine spark plugs to short out
2. Pressurized boiling coolant and steam will violently erupt, causing catastrophic scalding and severe burns
3. It will void the vehicle's road registration certificate
4. It causes the battery fluid to boil over
