The driver notices product leaking from a tank or from the vehicle during a journey. What does Ordinance No. 40 require?

1. Increase speed to reach the consignee before the tank empties
2. Do not accept the load, or stop the carriage, when there is a leak from the tank or vehicle
3. Cover the leak with an orange plate and continue
4. Ignore leaks below 100 litres because ADR uses a 100-litre franchise
