Packages are placed in an overpack (shrink-wrapped pallet). What marking rule applies?

1. The overpack hides all inner marks legally; nothing need be reproduced
2. If inner marks and labels are not visible, the overpack must bear the required marks and labels, plus the word OVERPACK where ADR requires it
3. Only the driver’s name must appear on the wrap
4. Overpacks convert Class 3 into limited quantities automatically
