1. Hand over the goods and the second copy of the bill of lading to the recipient or a person authorised by the recipient; the recipient must sign
2. Leave the vehicle locked at the roadside without contacting the recipient
3. Give the documents to any person on site, whether authorised or not
4. Refuse to obtain any signature so the paper stays unmarked
