When instructing a student on proper hand position on the steering wheel, what is the currently recommended technique?

1. 10 and 2 o'clock position with hands over the top of the wheel
2. 9 and 3 o'clock position with hands on the sides of the wheel
3. 12 o'clock position with one hand
4. Any comfortable position is acceptable
