When transporting Division 1.1 or 1.2 explosives, a driver must NEVER park the vehicle:

1. On the shoulder of an Interstate during a brief inspection
2. Within 5 feet of the traveled portion of a highway, near a bridge/tunnel, or within 300 feet of an open fire
3. At a designated truck stop with the engine off
4. In a secure terminal yard
