1. Apply soy sauce, toothpaste, or engine grease to the burned skin
2. Rinse the burned area with cool, clean, running water for 15 to 20 minutes (冷水冲洗降温), cover loosely with sterile dressing, and do NOT pop blisters
3. Pop all burn blisters immediately with a needle
4. Scrub the burned skin vigorously with a dry towel
