Most motorcycle turn signals do not self-cancel. After completing a turn or lane change, you should:

1. Leave the signal flashing until your next stop
2. Manually cancel the signal as soon as the maneuver is complete
3. Toggle the high beam to indicate you finished the turn
4. Wait for the signal to time out automatically
