When a school bus has stopped on a Colorado road with red flashing lights and a stop arm extended, you must:

1. Pass on the right at low speed
2. Stop and remain stopped until the lights stop flashing and the stop arm is retracted, regardless of your direction of travel on most roads
3. Continue at normal speed as long as you are in the oncoming lane
4. Honk to alert children before passing
