When a traffic light turns green for you, what must you still do before proceeding?

1. Nothing — a green light gives you absolute priority
2. Yield to pedestrians and vehicles still in the intersection and watch for red-light runners
3. Sound your horn to warn other drivers
4. Wait three seconds before moving
