A rider chooses a dark helmet for night use and adds paint and stickers after purchase. What DGT safety point is most relevant?

1. Clear or bright visibility and avoiding modifications that can harm helmet materials are safer choices
2. Dark painted helmets are mandatory
3. Stickers improve every helmet's absorption ability
4. Helmet colour is the only safety feature that matters
