What is the safe strategy when driving in dusty conditions (such as Harmattan haze) in Ghana?

1. Drive close behind the vehicle in front to stay on the road.
2. Turn on your headlights (low beam), slow down, increase your following distance, and use windscreen wipers if needed.
3. Keep your high-beam headlights on at all times so that the powerful beam cuts through the dust cloud and lights the road far ahead.
4. Drive at normal speed but sound your horn continuously.
